Year 6 Camp Notice
Please find information about the Year 6 camp here.
Dear Parents/Guardians,
As we finalise details for Year Six Camp there are some changes to the packing list. Please disregard the previous ‘What to bring’ list as there are some important additions/changes on this updated version.
Essentials
:
8 x underwear
8 x pairs of socks
4 x t-shirts/tops
4 x pants/shorts
Warm jumper or jacket
Pillow & pillow case (ESSENTIAL)
Fitted sheet to cover mattress (ESSENTIAL)
Sleeping bag or doona
Toiletries
Towels x 2 (1 for the shower and 1 for canoeing)
1 x Sturdy shoes (preferably lace up), Thongs (for shower), 1 x closed toe shoes that can get wet (cannot use thongs or crocs)
Broad brimmed hat
Sunscreen (students must supply their own)
Insect repellent
Rain jacket
Torch (plus batteries)
Water bottle (ESSENTIAL)
Garbage bag for smelly and wet clothes
Leave at home
… food, music & media devices, phone
Specific activities
:
Bushcraft (bush cooking):
Old clothes (that will become very smelly)
All water activities:
Towel
Bathers
Warm clothes to wear over bathers that can get wet
Closed-toe shoes that can stay wet (not crocs or thongs)
Bike riding:
Shorts (recommended)
